The PHP Developer (Job ID 487-100701) will be responsible for developing new modules for our innovative, service-oriented system. We are looking for smart, intelligent candidate with minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Physics or Math.

Successful candidate must have proven 3+ years of building AJAX based web-applications with jQuery. PHP5 skills must be fluent and current.

Financial Analyst-JOB ID 346-100702

The Financial Analyst (Job ID 346-100702) will be responsible for the analysis of complex financial data and the preparation of monthly financial reports to support effective management and decision-making across the organization.  We are looking for an intelligent, hard-working individual with business and common sense who can think out of the box, articulate his point of view—and stand up to authority.  This person will be responsible for improving the operational and financial effectiveness of the company by extracting financial data from various financial and information systems. The analyst will also be responsible for developing and designing a financial performance dashboard/key performance indicators.  This role will assist in presenting, interpreting and discussing the assumptions for the financial analysis, budget, forecast and any ad hoc reporting/analysis needs.

Key Position Responsibilities

Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Assists in the preparation of shareholder and  internal-use financial reports.
  • Assists in the preparation and review of the company’s annual budget, quarterly forecast and departmental budgets.
  • Prepares financial analyses of department and/or project costs, and presents findings in summary reports for executives, management, and other stakeholders.


  • Performs variance analyses between budget, actual and forecasts and delivers meaningful written analysis.
  • Analyzes monthly financial results with department heads to understand key drivers, forward-looking trends, and decision points.
  • Assists in the management and monitoring of expenditures associated with company’s contracts.
  • Prepares monthly margin analysis of current portfolio.
  • Other analysis, as assigned.


  • Provides financial reporting to executives and department heads.
  • Assists with reporting for regional and corporate stakeholders.
  • Manages the finance metrics dashboard/key performance indicators.

Desired Skills and Experience

Education and Experience

  • Four year college degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required (MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of three years of related financial experience required, small to medium company experience preferred
  • Three years experience with enterprise software applications (Hyperion, SAP) preferred
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics desired, but not necessary.  
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in  Microsoft Excel (knowledge will be tested!).  Experience building medium to high complexity models is preferred.
  • Intelligence, common sense and ability to articulate a point of view are a must!
